Job summary

We are an established Real Estate Management Company with 150+ investment properties across Oregon and Washington. We seek a managing couple to oversee an all-ages manufactured home park in Moses Lake, Washington. This is a part-time, 20-hour-a-week role.

Housing is provided: a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with utilities. Pay is about $18 per hour plus housing, paid semimonthly. Benefits include 401K after 90 days and 3 weeks of PTO.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection: Collect and deposit on the day of collection all space rents and additional fees and charges.
• Rental agreements enforcement: Enforce terms of rental agreements and facility rules to ensure tenant compliance.
• Administrative duties: Prepare monthly manager's report, maintain petty cash, tenant histories and files.
