Job summary

Commonwealth, an established Oregon/Washington Real Estate Management and Brokerage Company, is seeking a part-time manager to oversee a 55+ manufactured housing community in Eugene, Oregon. The role includes 25-27 hours per week with a monthly salary of $2,200, plus housing and utilities.Housing is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home provided.

Benefits include 3 weeks PTO and 401K contribution after 90 days. The position requires office work (50%) and maintenance (50%), with duties spanning rent

Qualifications

• Must have Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection, deposit on collection day and follow-up on late rents; handle eviction proceedings as necessary.
• Enforce rental agreements and facility rules; supervise placement of RVs and manufactured homes; ensure compliance with codes and set-up specs.
• Prepare monthly manager's report and maintain tenant histories; review applications and execute rental agreements; promote and rent vacant spaces.
• Maintain facility inventory, vendor lists, and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and facilities. Maintain playgrounds, pools, and other amenities.
