Commonwealth in McMinnville, Oregon, is seeking a part-time Community Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of a manufactured housing community.

The position is 28 hours per week, split 50/50 between office duties and on-site maintenance, and requires Microsoft Office skills. Benefits include 3 weeks PTO per year and a 401(k) contribution after 90 days. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or community management preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office and administrative skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee rent collection and deposit on the day of collection.
• Enforce rental agreements and facility rules & regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance for the community and supervise contractor work.
