Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge is preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing in line with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, conveying a shared vision and developing talent.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand and apply operations guidelines in the management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with the corporate office on issues.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Organize site disaster preparedness and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, property loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
