Two to three years of property management experience and knowledge of the resident rental lifecycle are required. Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience are preferred. A 20% housing discount is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or other equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruiting, interviewing, providing corrective feedback, and hiring.
• Coach and develop associates by communicating a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and serve as liaison to residents and the corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
• Organize site disaster planning and emergency evacuation.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
