Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Fishers, IN to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while delivering outstanding service to prospective and current residents.

You will qualify applicants, tour model apartments, and maintain accurate traffic records, with a 5-day workweek, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. schedule and weekend requirements. A 30% housing discount is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Tour model apartments and maintain accurate traffic records.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
