Job summary

Fairway Management, a division of JES Holdings, seeks a part-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple properties within the affordable housing market. You will market and lease units, manage budgets, address resident concerns, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC requirements.

You will coordinate inspections, ensure timely rent collection, and lead efforts to maintain occupancy and curb appeal while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Market and lease apartments; maintain occupancy targets.
• Manage property budgets and cost-effective practices.
• Address resident concerns and supervise property staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory programs and inspections.
• Organize inspections and coordinate maintenance and vendor oversight.
