Job summary

Fairway Management, a division of JES Holdings, seeks a Property Manager for Neosho/Joplin. This part-time role (8am–5pm) focuses on leasing, budgeting, and resident services across affordable housing communities.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and lead marketing to sustain occupancy. The ideal candidate has LIHTC/Section 8 experience, strong Fair Housing knowledge, and proficient use of the MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Experience with income qualification and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Market and lease apartments and manage property budgets.
• Address resident concerns and manage staff including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategy to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate inspections and pass state and government inspections.
• Supervise property staff and organize community activities.
