JES Holdings' Fairway Management division (FWM) is seeking a Part Time Property Manager in Alabama to oversee assigned properties. You will market and lease units, supervise staff, and help ensure budgets and compliance for affordable housing.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
Solid understanding of Fair Housing and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Market and lease apartments to maintain occupancy targets.
Oversee day-to-day property operations and supervise on-site staff.
Ensure budgets are managed and expenses are controlled.
Address resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Comply with all Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations and inspections.
Coordinate move-ins/transfers and submit necessary certifications.
Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular property walks.
Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and training events.
