Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations.
• Interact with residents and handle phone calls.
• Prepare property reports using MS Office.
• Process applications and lease paperwork.
• Maintain resident files per guidelines.
• Collect rent and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Maintain waitlists and coordinate maintenance requests.
