Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for a Mobile Home Park in Alvin, Texas. Under Regional Manager supervision, you will collect rents, process applications, prepare leases, and ensure a clean, safe, and code-compliant community. Ideal candidates have property management experience, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Property management experience and knowledge of tenancy laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Strong attention to detail and customer service

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean, safe, and code-compliant environment
• Collect and deposit rent payments and perform related data entry and bookkeeping tasks
• Process applications for tenancy and facilitate a seamless move-in/move-out process
• Prepare tenancy contracts and corresponding documents and present them for signing
• Perform routine inspections and take corrective action for deficiencies
• Handle resident complaints with urgency and empathy
• Recognize and address maintenance needs
• Solicit third-party contractor bids and oversee third-party projects
• Respond to urgent/emergencies outside normal business hours
• Read meters as needed
