Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital Co Inc is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 252 apartment complex in Sonora, California. You will perform general maintenance, troubleshoot plumbing and electrical systems, and manage submeter readings, groundskeeping, pool upkeep, and carpentry tasks.

The role requires independent work and the ability to respond to urgent issues after hours, with a comprehensive benefits package after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience, property management a plus.
• Ability to operate hand and maintenance tools safely.
• Willingness to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues after hours.

Responsibilities

• Building and facility upkeep across apartments and common areas.
• Plumbing and electrical system maintenance and repairs.
• Submeter utilities and meter reading (gas, electric, water).
• Groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.
• Swimming pool maintenance and upkeep.
• General carpentry tasks as needed.
