Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital Co seeks a Part‑Time Property Manager for a Mobile Home Park in Alvin, Texas. Under a Regional Manager, you will ensure a safe, well‑run community, collect rent, manage budgeted expenditures, and coordinate moves and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has property management experience, knowledge of fair housing laws, strong communication, and attention to detail. Flexible schedule and hourly pay of $15–$17 are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and/or professional expertise.
• Working knowledge of fair housing and landlord/tenancy laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean, safe, and code‑compliant environment.
• Collect and deposit rent payments and perform all related data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
• Process applications for tenancy and facilitate a seamless move‑in/move‑out process.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and corresponding documents and present them for signing.
• Perform routine inspections and take corrective action for deficiencies.
• Handle resident complaints with urgency and empathy.
• Recognize and address maintenance needs.
• Solicite third‑party contractor bids and oversee third‑party projects.
