Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a property in Yuma, AZ. You will support maintenance operations, perform repairs, and assist in the make-ready process under supervision to meet operational objectives.

Responsibilities include daily on-site duties, responding to resident requests, pool maintenance, grounds care, and adherence to safety standards and OSHA guidelines. Must have reliable transportation and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance and repairs for community buildings and units.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain pool and grounds; keep safety logs and records.
