Job summary

ROME GROUP is looking for a dedicated Program Officer to manage Community & Children’s Resource Board Partner Agencies in St. Charles. This part-time position involves building agency relationships, supporting partners, and ensuring compliance with funding contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication skills and a commitment to CCRB’s mission. Benefits include paid time off and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in children’s mental health, substance use, child welfare, or services.
• Experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in St. Charles, MO, preferred.
• Experience in program budget development helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationship with agency partners.
• Provide support to Partner Agencies with technical assistance.
• Review and approve reimbursement requests from Partner Agencies monthly.
