Portfolio Resident Services (PRS) is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator to support residents in affordable housing communities. The role offers a flexible schedule, up to $19 per hour, and about 8 hours per week, focusing on CORES certified resident services to build skills, promote healthy lifestyles, and enhance community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents at the community center.
• Prepare monthly reports from calendars, sign-ins, and program hours.
• Design and post monthly activity calendars and flyers on-site; distribute door-to-door.
• Oversee program offerings, recruit volunteers, solicit donations, and partner with community stakeholders.
• Log communications and submit monthly activity and donation reports.
