Job summary

Project Access, Inc. seeks a part-time Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enrich life for residents of affordable housing communities. This role links residents with services and drives outcomes across four pillars through outreach, workshops, and partnerships.

You will oversee after-school and teen programs, organize community events, and support food distribution while coordinating with property teams. Strong organizational and outreach skills are key.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook).
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs aligned with four pillars.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions; deliver topics when partners unavailable.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events to foster safe relationships among residents.
• Provide information and referrals to access community resources and connect with nonprofit partners.
• Support food distribution needs, maintain food bank partnerships, manage distribution.
• Build strong relationships with property management via regular communication.
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door, digital, and on-site presence.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns for the Resource Center.
• Use vehicle for supplies and attend offsite meetings (IRS mileage rate).
• Publish monthly newsletters and events calendar.
• Collect and submit program outcomes data with emphasis on social impact metrics.
• Assist with budget input and allocate funds for contractors when needed.
