Job summary

NEOMED's Family & Community Medicine department seeks a Program Coordinator II to coordinate, plan, execute and evaluate university programs with emphasis on logistics, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes assessment. This part-time, 0.5 FTE role supports program managers and ensures alignment with institutional goals.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree with at least three years in a similar administrative role and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required for program coordination roles.
• Minimum three years in an administrative/department coordination position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, execute and evaluate university programs.
• Oversee logistics for program activities including scheduling and venues.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure goals are met.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures and prepare financial reports.
• Collect data, analyze outcomes and prepare progress reports.
• Provide administrative support to program managers.
