Job summary

NEOMED Learning Center seeks a Program Coordinator to support planning, execution, and evaluation of university programs. You will manage logistics, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and outcome assessment, while assisting the Testing Services Office with exam proctoring.

Responsibilities include developing program objectives, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and delivering regular reports. Hybrid work options are available and starting pay ranges are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent years of experience
• Three years related work experience in an administrative / department coordinator role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of program objectives, goals, and timelines
• Oversee day-to-day implementation of programs to ensure alignment with goals
• Provide administrative support to program managers, including scheduling meetings and drafting correspondence
• Develop systems for collecting program data and maintaining records; prepare reports
• Track program expenditures and assist in budget planning and resource allocation
