Qualifications

• Associate’s degree.
• Three years related work experience in an administrative /department coordinator role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, execute and evaluate university programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and oversee day‑to‑day implementation.
• Collaborate with program managers to outline requirements and deliverables.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, agendas, and correspondence.
• Track expenditures and contribute to budget planning.
• Develop systems for collecting program data and reporting on progress.
