Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University’s Department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking a part‑time Program Coordinator II to support the Accelerated Family Medicine Track Program and program operations.

You will recruit and enrol students, create schedules and materials, manage the program website, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting. This role offers a collaborative academic environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience in an administrative/department coordinator role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student recruitment, application, selection, and enrollment.
• Create and coordinate program schedules and calendars.
• Create, manage, and update program materials and maintain the program website.
• Develop implementation and monitoring strategies to ensure timely graduation and program success.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders for successful program implementation.
