Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center in Florida is looking for a Part-Time Program Assistant I to help run daily behavioral program operations. You will coordinate activities, support scheduling, and maintain participant records while ensuring confidentiality and effective communication with clients and staff.

The role also involves preparing materials, assisting with data entry, and participating in team meetings to help improve program delivery.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral sciences is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a behavioral health or social services setting is required.
• Experience working in a team and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing program activities and events.
• Support staff with scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
• Facilitate clear communication between participants and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities and participant information.
• Help prepare and distribute program materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvements.
• Provide general support to ensure smooth operation of services.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of program databases.
