Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to bend, lift and move items as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors and customers; accept donations and issue receipts.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort and price donated items; tag and stock shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Provide courteous service and uphold Goodwill standards.
