Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service oriented environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move donated goods and materials using a hand truck.
• Sort donated items and assist in pricing and placement on shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers at the donation station.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist in safeguarding goods and facilities and follow loss prevention procedures.
