Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Part-Time Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and prepare donations for processing or storage. You will interact with donors and customers, maintain clean work areas, and support inventory control as part of a busy, community-focused team.

Across shifts, you’ll help with price tagging, stocking, and safety compliance while providing friendly, helpful service that embodies Goodwill’s mission to change lives and fight poverty.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year retail customer service experience.
• Able to bend, lift and move continuously throughout the day.
• May require driving with valid license and insurance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and accept donations at the donation station.
• Unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Supply teammates with materials and restock supplies.
• Sort and price donated items and place on shelves.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and free of hazards.
• Follow loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
