Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate responsible for loading and unloading donated goods, sorting textiles, and supporting daily retail operations. You will help keep items moving through the processing and shipping stages and assist with basic record keeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move continuously.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort donated items and price items with supervision.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and assist with inventory.
