Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required
• Must have good verbal communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Load and unload donated goods using a hand truck or dolly
• Sort textiles and other items for processing, pricing, and storage
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with inventory control
• Provide friendly customer service at donation stations and assist donors
