Qualifications

• Hold Georgia Leadership Certification.
• Minimum of three years of successful building-level leadership experience in an accredited school system.
• Extensive knowledge of Henry County Schools and the Five Year Strategic Plan.
• Deep knowledge of leadership coaching and ability to develop others to continually grow.
• Proven track record of working well with others.
• Exceptional integrity, confidentiality, and strong professional reputation.
• Ability to abide by the Georgia Professional Standards Code of Ethics for Educators.
• Must be regularly, predictably, and reliably at work.
• Ability to be present at the physical worksite.
• Lifts or moves up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a trusting, confidential relationship with designated leaders.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support, plus just-in-time training on leadership levers.
• Guide fidelity of the school's 90 Day Action Plan implementation.
• Collaborate with leaders to analyze data and drive better outcomes.
• Support a learning-focused culture driven by results.
• Help leaders build a positive climate through connectivity.
• Foster continuous improvement to maximize student and staff performance.
• Conduct site visits to observe leadership activities and professional learning.
• Provide timely, reflective follow-up and feedback based on observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
