Responsibilities

• Prepares food products for restaurant and banquet operations
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas
• Alerts supervisor to equipment issues, shortages, or waste
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies for daily production
• Ensures proper storage, dating and rotation of food items
• Follow safe work practices and maintain regular attendance
