The position is part‑time with an hourly pay rate of $21.00–$23.00. Candidates should be flexible for weekends/holidays and able to work varied AM/PM shifts while maintaining top safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Riverside County Food Handler's license.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and safe temperatures for ingredients.
• Ability to work as part of a team with wait staff and management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with staff and customers.
• Calm demeanor in a high‑stress environment.
• Accountability for dishes and consistency with kitchen standards.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and direct orders.
• Manual dexterity for knife techniques and prep work.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in hot conditions.
• Stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability with flexible AM/PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods.
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes.
• Occasionally serve food.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment.
• Handle and store ingredients and food.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and utensils.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
