Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vitals.
• Record donor information and coordinate donor compensation.
• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety and courtesy.
• Maintain donor charts and accurate records in the information system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Support phlebotomy and plasma center operations.
