Job summary

BioLife is offering a truly part-time role in Denton, TX. Donors are screened and phlebotomy is performed to support plasma center operations. Training is provided through a paid interactive program, with shifts typically 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and play a key role in donor safety, record-keeping, and customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire work shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
