Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Houston offers a part-time role with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. Start with paid, interactive training and join a team that values reliability and patient care.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform plasma donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations, with a focus on safety and donor service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs in occasional tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and returning donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
