Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Customer- or patient-facing experience is helpful.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and compensation records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
