Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in partnership with Takeda is seeking a part-time Plasma Center role in Janesville, WI. You will greet donors, conduct donor screenings, perform phlebotomy to support center operations, and ensure safety and quality in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include donor vital signs, charting, compensations coordination, and participating in process improvements. Shifts include weekends/holidays, with 4–6 hours per day and daily pay option.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Must be able to walk/stand for shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
