Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk during shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in donor records.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records in the information system.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center operations with approved procedures.
• Work variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
