Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work.
• Lift up to 5 lbs, occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and use the Donor Information System.
• Coordinate donor compensation and report center issues.
• Work varying shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
