Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support. You will greet donors, screen them, and maintain accurate donor records while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced center.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to lift moderate weights and work around donors across shifts. Structured training is provided to start strong.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending/reaching tasks.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with glove use.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
