Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain accurate donor charts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
