Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Moorhead, MN is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support to join our team. The role offers long-term, flexible hours designed to fit busy lives and requires a reliable presence during scheduled shifts.

You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and use the Donor Information System to record vital signs, charts, and donor compensation. The position involves evening, weekend, and holiday shifts with a focus on safety and quality in donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Experience with donor screening and recording vitals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
