Takeda in Moorhead, MN is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support to help operate a BioLife plasma center. This role involves greeting donors, screening, and maintaining donor charts while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will work 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvements and a positive donor experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on their needs while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
