Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
