Qualifications

• Previous experience in a patient-facing role is beneficial.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using a Donor Information System is a plus.

• Greet donors and ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with operational improvements and process changes.
