Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation while maintaining safety and quality. A flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The role reports to the Plasma Center Manager and offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs; occasional lifting up to 32 lbs; rarely 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
