Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy duties. You will support plasma center operations by screening donors, recording vital signs, and maintaining donor charts.

Shift flexibility includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to help patients rely on plasma-derived medicines. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and accurate record-keeping, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
