Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Appleton, WI is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support. The role supports plasma center operations with donor screening, charting, and donor compensation, reporting to the Center Manager.

Expect to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and participate in a paid interactive training program. This position emphasizes safety, customer service, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., occasional lift up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes as approved.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
