Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort working in environments with bloodborne pathogen exposure and glove use.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety and comfort.
• Screen new and returning donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation using the information system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
