BioLife is hiring for a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist role in Tucson, AZ. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and support center operations while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and distance hearing.
• Glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
