Qualifications

• Experience in phlebotomy or medical screening is a plus.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on safety and donor experience.
• Screen new and returning donors; record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center processes for continuous improvement.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
