BioLife Plasma Services seeks a dedicated part-time team member in the USA - WA - Bellingham. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy support, and ensure safety and quality in plasma collection operations. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a paid interactive training program to start.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and accurate record-keeping within the Donor Information System. Shifts vary, and compensation aligns with local wage standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk/stand for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support center operations.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
